How does the customized sealing wax stamp work?
Step 1: Please send us the design and font you choose, with the initials you'd like to have on the customized sealing wax stamp to hello@fleurselect.ca
Step 2: Once we receive your email, we will send you the draft design for approval within 2 business days.
Step 3: Add it to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Step 4: Once we receive your order, your unique sealing wax stamp will take about 4 weeks to arrive with care and love!

Shipping & Returns
Please note the following to our return policy: discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned; returned items must have all tags still on and be returned in original packaging; all returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, or any damage and in brand new condition with original packaging.
If you’re in Canada, you have 7 days to return your items after you receive your shipment. If you’re outside of the Canada, you have 14 days.

How can I do an exchange?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
In-Store Pickup
Step 1 – Place Your Order
Choose the “Pick-Up In Store” option when you check-out.
Step 2 – Wait to hear from us
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is ready for pick up.
Fleur Select Store currently opens every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1pm to 5pm. Our normal processing time is 2-3 business days from the time of the initial order.
Step 3 – Pick-up Order at Store

Bring your notification email with order confirmation number and your identification during our business hour (Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 1pm-5pm) to pick up your order.
