How can I track my shipment?
We will be happy to provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel once you receive our shipping confirmation email.
What is the delivery timeline?
7-10 business days. The estimated delivery date will be indicated on each product page. This date will also be indicated during checkout.

We currently partner with Canada Post and UPS for shipping.
How much will US shipping cost ?
US orders below $129 CAD are subject to a $24.99 shipping fee. Orders of $129 CAD or more will see shipping fees confirmed during checkout, based on cart contents and delivery address. Duties and taxes may also apply for shipments made outside of Canada.
How long is the processing time?
All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted.

If you’re looking to return your order, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 7 days if you’re in Canada or 14 days if you live outside of Canada.
Please note the following to our return policy: discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned; returned items must have all tags still on and be returned in original packaging; all returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, or any damage and in brand new condition with original packaging.

How long does it take to process a return?
This normally takes between 7-10 business days. Once we receive your return we will need a couple of days to process this. Then your bank will process the refund. We will be sure to send an email out to you as soon as your return has been processed.
Who pays for the return cost?
If you make a return which occurs as a result of Fleur Select's error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), Fleur Select will pay the return shipping costs.
If you make a return and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount to you.

In-Store Pickup
Step 1 – Place Your Order
Choose the “Pick-Up In Store” option when you check-out.
Step 2 – Wait to hear from us
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is ready for pick up.
Fleur Select Store currently opens every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1pm to 5pm. Our normal processing time is 2-3 business days from the time of the initial order.

Bring your notification email with order confirmation number and your identification during our business hour (Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 1pm-5pm) to pick up your order.
