If you’re in Canada, you have 7 days to return your items after you receive your shipment. If you’re outside of the Canada, you have 14 days.

Choose the “Pick-Up In Store” option when you check-out.
Step 2 – Wait to hear from us
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is ready for pick up.
Fleur Select Store currently opens by appointment, feel free to send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Our normal processing time is 2-3 business days from the time of the initial order.
Step 3 – Pick-up Order at Store
